"Ughh, how much longer?" Zen said to himself quietly as he continued to walk through the forest. He had been walking for another three days without seeing another person or house and it was beginning to bother him. Had he become lost somehow? No, he was still on the path, but he had no idea where this path was leading him. He had eaten edible plants he found beside the trail for as long as he could remember since he left, and he was craving some actual food. Legacy of Zen 2 - Chapter 8Chapter 8 Zen woke early in the morning to the sound of a person arguing outside his window. Zen leaned up in bed and looked over to the outside. He was mistaken, there’s was only someone arguing, meaning one. Zen got up and put his boots back on. Judging from how high the sun was up in the sky, it was around eleven in the morning. He locked his room up once again, went down the stairs and gave the innkeeper his key back and thanked him for a night in the inn. As Zen walked out, he saw where the commotion was coming from. Zen had been walking for almost a week, and he was somewhere near the end of the forest. He had slept for about three hours the night before and now the lack of sleep was catching up to him. Zen woke up back in his own house. He was back in his room; he was familiar with the way it was laid out. He opened his eyes slowly and looked out towards the window. May 17th. Thats the last time I updated this journal. Wow, its been a while. My computer up and died on me a few days after that journal was posted, so I was without actual internet till a week ago. I was still able to get online with games on my PS2, but it refused to work on my computer. Yeah, a little odd if I say so myself.

Where to begin with this oddly lengthy journal. Well for starters I no longer play MGO. Yeah, I know I seemed like a giant fan of it before, but while the internet was down, it was the only game I had to play. During that time I realised that I had reached the peak of my skill, and that I wasnt getting better. I had reached Fox rank (the second highest) and I knew I would never get Foxhound (blame it on cheaters/statboosters hogging the top 30 ranks). That coupled with the fact that more cheaters/sore-sports began to show up meant that the game was no longer what I used to love.

I got a new online game that I love. Monster Hunter. Yeah if youve never heard of it, its understandable. It was a sleeper hit that like most sleeper hits, was crazy in Japan, but no one ever heard of here. I love the game more than MGO suprisingly. Its not competetive and no one is after better ranking in a score board of some kind. Ive gotten as far as I can with one character (HR:20...which pretty much means level 20

), but Ive started another to go through the online portion again.

Other good news: I finally did the GED test back in August and I got my actual GED diploma in September, a few days after my birthday. Well I shouldnt really say "GED diploma" since I did so well on the test that they upgraded from a normal GED one to an actual high school diploma. So yeah, while I hate being out of normal school (Various reasons, dont ask why lol), I dont mind actually having a diploma.

Well I think this journal is pretty long, so I'll end it now. Im gonna try to upload more of my story, once I get it off my other computer (yeah I got one in my room...sadly without internet...and its nowhere near as good as the one im using now). Well, stay tuned...if theres anyone even out there still.
